Agostino Pavia & Figli – Blina – Barbera d’Asti – Red wine is produced from 100% Barbera grapes. The harvest is done manually at the end of September. The grapes are macerated for 13-15 days at 26° C with pumping into new vats 3 times a day. This is followed by malolactic fermentation. The wine is then stored for 9 months in stainless steel tanks from January after the harvest. The wine is then bottled and stored for another 5 months.
