Cescu from Angelo Negro is a Dolcetto d'Alba made from 100% Dolcetto grapes, grown on the hills of Langhe 250-340 m above sea level. The harvest is done manually in baskets of 20 kg each. The grapes are cool macerated for about 14 hours with classic fermentation in steel tanks that follows. 5-6 months storage.
