<p>Antica tenuta Pietramora is a vineyard in the best terroirs of the Abruzzo region, passing through the mountains of the provinces of Chieti, Teramo, Pescara. The estate stretches into a stunning panorama of 70 hectares of land, that is all grown with biodynamic cultivation methods. The grapes grown are the pure expression of terroir. Several exciting wines are produced, such as Montepulciano, Pecorino, Passerina, Trebbiano and Cerasuolo, all of which are produced using biodynamic methods that allow the vines to reach a maturity deeply linked to the soil, the specific year's climate and the plant range. The complexity of the fragrances and the taste of each individual wine is an expression of the specificity of the terroir concept, which creates unique wines, different from one year to another.</p>

Sommelier's advice

<p>A ruby red color with pomegranate hues and a good color intensity. The nose is intense and complex with aromas of withered flowers,jammy red berries as well as hints of vanilla and leather. The palate is intense, long and completely harmonious. Full-bodied with perfect balance between acidity, tannins and minerality. This Riserva expresses all the genuineness and typicality of the Montepulciano vine from Abruzzo.</p>

Montepulciano d’Abruzzo Riserva from Antica Tenuta Pietramora is made from 100% biodynamically grown Montepulciano grapes from the provinces of Chieti and Teramo in the Abruzzo region. The grapes are harvested late in late October, early November and are then slowly fermented for 10-15 days at 24 ° temperature. The storage takes place – first in steel tank for 6 months – then another 18 months in French oak barrels.
