Artisans Partisans – Je vois la vie en VERT – Red wine is produced from 100% Carignan. The grapes are picked from the bunches and the vinification is then done according to the traditional method with natural yeast and completely without added sulfites. Fermentation for 10 days with pumping and stirring of the wine (remontage and delestage) Storage in stainless steel tanks.
