Artisans Partisans – La Nature connait le CHEMIN – White wine made from 100% Chenin grapes. The grapes are picked and thinned by hand. The grapes are then pressed and the must is vinified in stainless vessels. The wine is stirred (bâtonnage) at the end of fermentation to keep the lees from the bottom of the tank. The final wine is stored 20% in barrels and 80% in stainless steel vats.
