Artisans Partisans – Rêver votre vie sur TERRE – White wine is made from 100% Chardonnay. The grapes are picked and thinned by hand. They are then pressed and the must is vinified in stainless steel vessels. The wine is then stirred (bâtonnage) at the end of fermentation to keep the lees from the bottom of the tank. The wine is stored in oak barrels for 10 months. The wine is a natural wine grown organically with biodynamic methods.
