Azienda agricola Taliano Michele – Blagheur – Langhe Nebbiolo is produced from 100% Nebbiolo grapes. The grapes are grown in a southern direction at an altitude of 300 meters above sea level. The grapes are harvested in mid-October and the wine is produced according to the traditional method. The grapes first ferment in stainless steel tanks. The wine is aged for 12 months in oak barrels. In December of the year after the harvest, the wine is ready to be bottled and marketed.
