Ravera is made from 100% Nebbiolo grapes in a mixture of the 3 most common clones; Lampia, Michet and Rosè. The grapes are cultivated on an area corresponding to 1.5 hectares of land in the Cerviani Merli area, located in the village of Novello at 400 meters in south exposure. 5000 vines are cultivated per hectare of land and trained in Guyot.
