Bastide des 2 lunes – Tout près des étoiles – Red wine. “Tout près des étoiles” means “Very close to the stars” and is produced from 85% Syrah and 15% Grenache. The grapes are harvested at night and then cleaned by hand. The grapes are allowed to cold macerate for 72 hours to release aromas. Fermentation is then done at 25-28°C to create a wine with a fruity style.
