This cuvée represents a unique production process developed as early as the 1930s. Besserat de Bellefon uses less liqueur de tirage, which gives a lighter and less aggressive foam. The foam is creamy and persistent. Bleu Brut has not undergone the malolactic fermentation. 30% reserve wine in Solera, the dosage is 8g/L and the wine is stored for 3 years before it goes on sale. The Vintage-variety has not undergone the malolactic fermentation.
