Syrah from Bomont de Cormeil is made from 100% Syrah. The grapes are grown in southern direction, 500 meters above sea level, which gives cool summer evenings. The grapes are hand-picked at full maturity and sorted by hand in the wine cellar. The wine is partly stored on oak barrels. The wine is completely natural without additives and is not filtered.
