Viognier from Bomont de Cormeil is made from 100% Viognier grapes. The grapes are grown in southern direction, 500 meters above sea level, which gives cool summer evenings. The grapes are harvested by hand at full maturity and then sorted by hand in the wine cellar. The fermentation is done in new oak barrels, the wine is stirred regularly (batonnage). The wine is completely natural without additives and is not filtered.
