Barolo from Brezza is made of Nebbiolo grapes grown on a soil that is similar to the very nearby and prestigious Sarmassahill. The only difference to the Barolo Sarmassa is the slightly less favorable exposure in a westerly direction that makes this ordinary Barolo a little bit “lighter” than the Sarmassaversion. It can be drunk younger than the more exclusive Sarmassa.
