La Réserve from Camille Cayran is made of 76% Grenache, 8% Syrah, 8% Carignan, 8% Cinsault.90% of the wine is produced according to the “saignée” technique with the contact of the grape skins during 12H in order to develop the best possible aromas of fresh fruit. 10% of the wine is produced according to the press technique which contributes to intensify the color. The fermentation takes place at 16 ° C temperature. The wine is clarified before being bottled.
