Camille Cayran – L’insouciante – Côtes-du-Rhône – Red wine is made from 51% Grenache, 21% Syrah, 28% Carignan. The wine is produced according to the traditional winemaking from grapes separated from their bunches. The fermentation process lasts between 10 to 12 days at 28 °C controlled temperature to preserve the elegant tannins.
