Champagne Cattier – Blanc de Noirs Premier Cru is made from 80% Pinot Noir and 20% Pinot Meunier grapes. The grapes grow over 9 different terroirs around the Montagne de Reims, mainly in Ludes, Chigny-les-Roses and Rilly-la-Montagne. The wine contains 30% reserve wine and is stored for 3 years before it goes on sale. The dosage is 7g/L.
