Champagne Cattier – Cuvée Brut Nature Premier Cru is made from a blend of mainly red grapes – 60% Meunier, 30% Pinot Noir and 10% Chardonnay. The grapes are grown in 9 different villages, mainly in Ludes, Chigny-les-Roses and Rilly-la-Montagne. The wine contains 30% reserve wine. After fermentation, the wine is stored on its lees. No dosage. The finalized wine is stored for 3 years before it goes on sale. A crystal clear style of Champagne with generous and fruity elements.
