Champagne Louis Roederer – Collection 243 represents the 243rd wine composition
since the start. The wine has been created from 31% reserve wine (réserve perpétuelle), 10% reserve wines stored in wooden barrels from the vintages 2009, 2011, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016 and 2017. Finally, it is completed by 59% of wine from from the 2018 harvest, mainly Chardonnay grapes, but also from Pinot Noir and Meuniers harvested in the Vallée de Marne. The wine has been stored for 3 to 4 years before going on sale.
