L’origine from Château Aydie is a Madiran made from 70% Tannat grapes and 30% Cabernet Franc. The vines growing in pebble and calcareous clay soil. After the harvest, the grapes ferment separately, depending on the grape variety and the acreage. The grape mixtures are stirred regularly (remontage and délestage). The finalized wine is aged 12 months in steel tanks and oak barrels before being bottled.
