Château Baronne Tedaldi – Cuvée Ornella – Red wine made from 70% Carignan, 20% Syrah & 10% Grenache. Winemaking is done separately per grape variety and per land area. The grapes are de-stemmed and fermented under controlled temperature. Vinification is long and lasts 40 days for the Carignan, 30 days for the Syrah and 10 days shorter for the Grenache. This is to preserve the fruitiness and freshness of the finished wine.
