Château Bas – Le Temple is part of the vineyard’s most exclusive range and is an elegant white wine made from 50% Rolle (Vermentino) and 50% Sauvignon. The grapes are cool macerated for a certain time in order to extract aromas. The grapes are crushed and the must is clarified (débourbage). The wine is partially fermented in barrels for 3-4 months. Malolactic fermentation follows and the wine is then stored all winter on its lees.
