Château Bas– Pierres du Sud is a fresh, organically grown white wine from Provence. The wine is made from Rolle (Vermentino), Sauvignon and Grenache blanc. The grapes are completely picked from the bunches after harvest and pressed immediately. The juice is then fermented at a low controlled temperature. The malolactic fermentation is blocked to preserve a certain crisp.
