Moulin à Vent “Vieilles Vignes” is made of 100% Gamay grapes from older vines giving a nice concentration to the wine. The grapes are hand-picked and the vinification is conducted in the the classic manner. The final wine is raised in steel tanks to bring out the fruity aromas of red berries. The agriculture is conducted without chemical pesticides.
