Saint-Amour from Château de Belleverne is made from 100% Gamay grapes. The grapes are hand-picked and the vinification is conducted in the classic manner. The wine is raised in steel tanks to bring out the fruity aromas of red berries. The agriculture is conducted without chemical pesticides.
