Château de la Négly – La Falaise – La Clape – Red wine is produced from 50% Syrah, 40% Grenache and 10% Mourvèdre. The grapes are picked by hand in boxes. The Syrah grapes are then fermented in oak tanks, while the Grenache and Mourvèdre grapes are fermented in concrete tanks. The wine is then put together and aged for 12 months in oak barrels.
