Château de Nages – Héritage – Red wine is made from 75% Grenache, 10% Syrah, 10% Mourvèdre and 5% Carignan organic grapes. The harvest is done manually with immediate thinning of the grapes. The grapes are put entire in steeltanks of which two 3rd without any additional sulphites . The wine is then fermented naturally at 24 ° regulated temperature with regular agitation and tank replacement (délestage, remontage). 25% of the finalized wine is stored in French oak barrels and the rest in concrete tank for one year’s period. The wine is then bottled without filtration.
