"Liberty Nages" from Château de Nages is made from Syrah, Grenache, Carignan and Merlot grown organically. The harvest is done manually and the grapes are separated from their clusters (éraflage) with immediate thinning of the grapes. They are then put entire into steeltanks without adding sulphites. The grapes are then cool macerated to extract the most possible of aromas and colour. The wine ferments naturally at 25 ° temperature. The wine is then bottled after a light filtration.
