Côte & Mer from Château des Bormettes is made from Grenache, Cinsault and Rolle grapes. The grapes are harvested at night to preserve the aromas in the best way and reduce the sulphite supplement. The grapes are refrigerated for 48 H and the wine is then fermented in steel tanks.
