Château de Beaupré is a white wine from the Coteaux d’Aix-en-Provence appellation, made from 50% Rolle, 25% Sémillon, 20% Sauvignon and 5% Clairette grapes. The winery is run organically. The grapes are harvested at perfect maturity and sorted by hand. The grapes are then immediately pressed and clarified (débourbage) at 10 ° temperature. The juice is fermented at low thermoregulated temperature (15-18 °) to thereby extract the most possible aromas.
