Château Ferran is made from 70% Merlot, 25% Cabernet Sauvignon and 5% Petit Verdot. The harvest is done by hand. Sorting of the grapes in the vineyard and then on vibrating tables. The extraction in the press is 49 hl / ha. The fermentation takes 20 days in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks. Then storage of the wine on oak barrels for 12 months – of which 30% new barrels.
