Presentation vineyard

<p>Château Haut Rozier is located in the town of Tayac, near Lussac. The property was recently purchased by the Richard family who immediately began to transform the cultivation into organic farming. The property is situated in one entire part with small slopes in the ideal south / southwest direction and has a terroir which is considered to be among the finest in the appellation. The aim of the winemaking is to combine modernity and tradition.</p>

Sommelier's advice

<p>A very intense purple red color. The nose is jammy with very marked notes of ripe fruit. The attack is round, "fleshy / fat" and full-bodied. The tannins are also rounded, mature and pleasant. A nice and elegant Francs côtes de Bordeaux to pair with game dishes or for the cheese tray.</p>

Château Haut Rozier – Francs côtes de Bordeaux – Red wine is made from 70% Merlot, 15% Cabernet Sauvignon and 15% Cabernet Franc. The wine is vinified in concrete vessels. The fermentation lasts for 3 weeks at controlled temperature. The storage is mainly done on steel tanks.
