The white wine "Cuvée Guy da Nine" from Chateau la Mascaronne is made from Ugni Blanc and Rolle- Grapes grown in calcareous clay soil. The harvest is done manually in baskets of 25 kg. The grapes are gently pressed after harvest with a hydraulic press. The juice is then fermented directly into new French oak barrels.
