“Quat’ Saison” is slang for “the four seasons” in French. The wine is bright pink and is made from Cinsault and Grenache grapes grown in clay and limestone soil. The grapes are handpicked and the philosophy of the winery is to limit the production (max 40 hectoliter / hectare) and only use the best grapes. The agriculture is currently in transition to organic winegrowing.
