Château St Cyrgues – Le Clos des Enfants Sauvages – Red wine made from 70% Mourvèdre and 30% Syrah. The grapes are harvested by hand and picked from their bunches. They are then fermented at 22° C for 10-15 days. The wine is stored in barrels for 6 months before being bottled. No sulfites are used during winemaking.
