The white “Le Château” is produced from Sémillon, Ugni Blanc and Rolle grapes. The grapes are cool macerated for 18-24 hours after the harvest. The fermentation then takes place in steel tanks at low temperature. The finished wine is matured, lying on its lees for 5 months.
