“Le Château” is produced by Grenache-, Cabernet- Sauvignon-, Syrah- and Mourvèdre grapes. The vinification is done by traditional method. Syrah and Grenache are mixed together from start. The grapes macerate more than 10 days to thereby soften the tannins. The Syrah and the Grenache are raised in steel tanks, while the Cabernet is partly raised in oak barrels.
