“Le Chateau” is produced by Grenache-, Syrah- and Cinsault grapes. The grape juice is macerated for 12-18 hours after the harvest, at a controlled temperature of maximum 16 °C. The finished wine then matures on its lees for 5 months before the wine is bottled.
