Château Tour Haut Vignoble – Saint-Estèphe is produced from 55% Cabernet Sauvignon, 40% Merlot 4% Petit Verdot and 1% Cabernet franc. The vinification is done according to the traditional method. The grapes are partly harvested by hand. Cold maceration maceration of the grapes for a week to extract aromas. The grapes are fermented separately before the final wine is combined. Aged for 12 months in oak barrels, of which 1/3 in new barrels.
