La Bravade from Chevalier Torpez is a beautiful red wine with aromas of blackcurrant, blueberry and cherry, but also of caramel, pickled raisins and spices. To pair with a boeuf bourgignon, a fried goose or with blue cheeses.

La Bravade from Chevalier Torpez is produced from 60% Grenache, 25% Syrah, 10% Mourvèdre and 5% Carignan. The grapes are grown in muddy sandy soil formed on a stone slab of gneiss and granite. They are harvested manually in mid-September and then cool-macerated for 8-10 days at 5 ° C before the fermentation begins. The fermentation takes 3-4 weeks at 20-25 ° C. The wine is then transferred to oak barrels and stored for 12-24 months. The finalized wine is then put together.
