Clos du Montolivet – Lirac is a full-bodied red wine made from 65% Grenache noir, 15% Syrah, 15% Mourvèdre and 5% Cinsault. The grapes are harvested by hand, with very strict sorting to preserve only the best berries. The grapes are let to ferment in concrete vats according to traditional methods (remontage & delestage) without for that matter
