Clos Floridène – Graves – red wine is from the Bordeaux appellation Graves. The wine is made from 73 % of Cabernet Sauvignon and 27 % of Merlot. The grapes are harvested manually with – if necessary – 2 consecutive sortings of the grapes. The fermentation is carried out for 20-25 days at controlled temperature (30 ° C). The Storage takes place in oak barrels, of which one third new, for 12 months.
