Clos Fornelli – Tradition is produced from the local grape Vermentinu. Agriculture is organic. The grapes are harvested by hand and the winemaking is done on a small scale according to the classic method in temperature-controlled steel tanks. The wine is stored for 2 months in concrete tanks on its lees before bottling.
