Clos Ornasca Tradition is a full-bodied red wine from Ajaccio to serve with red grilled meat or with the cheese platter.

Clos Ornasca – Tradition is made from 80% Sciaccarellu and 20% Niellucciu. Each grape variety is vinified separately and picked at ideal ripening. The fermentation takes place with daily pumping of the bottom wine to the top of the tank (remontage), and 2 transfers of the content of the tank (delestage). Both technologies aim to extract phenolic components. The fermentation is done at 26-28 ° C and lasts for 10-20 days.
