Presentation vineyard

Collina delle fate (hill of the fairies) is located in the center of the Metauro Valley and was created in Fossombrone by Massimo Berloni who, in addition to being mayor of the city, was also a successful entrepreneur in the fashion industry. Massimo Berloni has five daughters who represent the fairies, who take care of the company's multifaceted activities, including viticulture, restaurant and guesthouse. The vineyard produces almost only Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, but there are also a few rows of Sauvignon. All farming is organic.

A ruby red color. A floral nose with a fruity base of small black and red berries. Complex spicy aromas reminiscent of pepper, mixed with hints of leather and tobacco. The palate is elegant and refined with great freshness. Notes of red berries with licorice notes. To pair with dishes with white meat, charcuterie and semi-aged cheeses.

Collina delle Fate – Arte Sia is a red wine made from 100% Pinot Nero. The vineyards are located in calcareous soils at an altitude of between 300 and 500 m above sea level, with a south-southwest exposure. 5500 vines are cultivated per hectare. Less than 70 mg of sulphites / liter.
