Dal din’s Prosecco Spumante DOC is made of 100% Gleragrapes, cultivated on the hills around Valdobbiadene and Conegliano. The grapes are harvested between the second part of September to the first part of October. They are pressed and the sparkling wine is produced according to the charmat method.
