“Padri” Côtes-du-Roussillon-Villages from Domaine Boudau is made from 70% Mourvèdre-, 20% Syrah- and 10% Grenache grapes. The grapes are harvested by hand and fermented for 24 days with regular stirring (pigeage). The finished wine is stored for one year on French oak barrels. Often awarded as one of the best Roussillon wines.
