Domaine Charles – Hautes-Côtes-de-Beaune – Red wine produced from 100% Pinot noir, grown over 4 hectares of land. The yield is 50 hl/ha and approx
30,000 bottles are produced per year. The grapes are placed in steel tanks after harvest and are fermented for about 15 days. The wine is then aged in French oak barrels for 12 months.
