The wine making and storage of the wine is made mainly in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, which gives the opportunity to join modern technology with traditional methods. The Chablis 1er Cru wine is vinified in stainless steel tanks and is then stored for 12 months on its lees. The wine is is regularly stirred before being bottled.
