Château Dalmeran MMXVI is produced from organically grown Syrah, Grenache and Cabernet Sauvignon. The fermentation takes place separately, each grape variety apart. The wine is then stored for 2 years on oak barrels before being bottled and stored for another 4 years before it is put up for sale.
