Touraine Côt from domaine de la Girardière is made from 100% Côt grapes, or Malbec as it’s called in southwestern France. The wine is produced according to the classic method. The surface layer is regularly pressed into the tank (pigeage) and the wine is stored on its lees for at least 9 months before bottling.
